The auction returns virtually again next Friday, September 24, 2021 at 10:00 a.m., which provides the opportunity to experience the excitement of this event that seeks the well-being and safety of those seeking to acquire properties at incredible prices.
To participate in this event, individuals must:
- Register on the website www.centrocasas.com, or by calling 787-287-0100 to participate or by sending the signed bases to auctions@centrocasas.com. To receive the email invitation link to participate in the auction on June 18 at 10:00 am, you must have complied with all terms and conditions by Wednesday, September 22, 2021 at 5:00 pm
- The properties must be inspected by the participants before The Auction, remembering the protocols established to prevent Covid-19 (use of a mask and physical distancing at all times). You must contact Centro Casas Subastas at 787-287-0100 or betsy@centrocasas.com to coordinate the inspection.
- The Virtual Auction is subject to confirmation by the seller, which means that, as a result of the offer, the highest bidder and his offer must be approved by the seller.
